This is a cozy Adirondack cottage with a screened-in porch and painted log siding. The Whippoorwill Cabin sits across from a stand of mature pines and our picnic area. A pleasant indoor color scheme, wainscoting, and a mix of reclaimed antique windows create the vintage interior. The living room has a comfortable futon, dining table, and an electric wood stove for warmth and atmosphere on cool evenings. The fully equipped kitchen sits just off the living room, and the bathroom has a natural slate shower. Fans are provided for summer comfort.
The Whippoorwill is available late spring through early fall. The cabin can accommodate up to five guests with two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, and one with two twin beds). There is a comfortable futon in the living room for an additional guest. Please let us know in advance if you would like the futon made up prior to your arrival. This is our smallest cabin, yet larger than our suites and ideal for a couple or a family of four. Their is No animals allowed in our cabins or on the property, if we see an animal you will be charged a cleaning fee and be asked to leave the property.
