Please treat the cabins/suites and our property with the respect and care that we have. Damages (beyond normal wear and tear), messes left behind which require additional cleaning work, or missing items may result in additional charges.

Our property and amenities are for the use of our guests only. Picnics and private parties cannot be accommodated without prior arrangement. If you would like to have visitors during your stay, please contact us in advance with all requests.

Quiet hours are from 9pm until 9am. Please be respectful of other guests and our residential neighbors at all hours of the day.

Children must be supervised at all times both indoors and outdoors.

Owners are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of property.

**Swimming is not permitted**

We do not have a lifeguard at the lake. A minimum of two adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever the boats are in use with one person remaining on the beach in case of an emergency. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied at the beach and on the dock by a parent or guardian.

The waterfront usage brochure must be read and signed before or boating. This document is available in your cabin or suite.

fishing is not permitted from our beach.

Life jackets are provided under the carport along with the oars for the boats and kayaks. Life jackets must be warn at all times on the water. All boats / kayaks are first come first serve.

Smoking is not permitted in any building or screened-in porch. Containers are available for cigarette disposal outside of each cabin. Disregard of this policy will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $150 (suite) – $300 (cabin).

Candles, incense, or open flames of any type are not permitted in any building or screened-in porch.

Hot plates are not permitted in any cabins/suites or screened-in porches.

Campfires must be supervised at all times. Please keep the fire to a minimal size, and do not burn garbage.

Campfires must be completely extinguished before leaving the picnic area. A bucket is provided near the campfire ring to extinguish fires with water.

No pets are allowed, with the exception of service animals. Service animals are permitted on the property with evidence of a service certificate and a service vest, which the animal is required to wear at all times while on the property.

(Under Title II & III of the American with Disabilities Act, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals).

Disregard of this policy will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $250 (suite) – $400 (cabin).

CHECK OUT IS AT 10:00am

Please leave your cabin or suite neat and tidy, and as it was found. Return any moved furniture to its original place, and wash all used kitchen items (clean dishes can be left in the drying rack upon departure). All garbage and recycling should be removed to the outside receptacles. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. Please lock your door when you leave and leave the key on the table.
